Vna Truck

The TSP Series VNA truck features a stronger mast, higher reach, and narrow footprint; allowing you to make the most of your storage space. Crown’s exclusive MonoLift mast provides the stability needed for operators and loads up to six floors in the air. The MonoLift mast includes strengthened boxed-in sections and heavy-gauge steel. These VNA trucks are designed for wire or rail guidance, allowing fast but safe working, with optimised drive and lift speed. These R-models are available with turret head fork design for flexibility or shuttle forks for the narrowest aisles. This truck is equipped with telematics hardware, making it a smart truck that can be connected.

Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Pallet Racking systems comply with the strictest European safety standards, and also come with AR Racking’s quality and innovation guarantee.

5-year quality guarantee

Our confidence in our VNA Pallet Racking solutions means we are able to offer 5-year quality guarantees against all types of manufacturing or hidden defects in the components of the main structure of our racking systems.

Pioneering component traceability system

Since 2016, our VNA Very Narrow Aisle racking systems have included a component traceability system.

With this system, AR Racking’s uprights and beams have an identifying marker, which means knowing and having documented each component from source without needing to have the package label and therefore knowing the exact component, how it was designed or what raw material was used in its manufacture.

100% automated manufacture

The production process of our racking systems is fully automated: it incorporates latest generation profiling machines with continuous cutting process and laser measurement control, welding centres, painting and packaging processes, all fully automated, guaranteeing the highest quality parameters.

Designs in R&D&I Centre

The structures of our pallet storage systems are designed in our technology centre dedicated exclusively to R&D activities, as well as in collaboration with the advanced engineering projects development area, which allows us to respond appropriately to more demanding logistical requirements.

Tests at Research and Testing Laboratory

With the creation of our Research and Testing Laboratory, together with the University of Mondragón, our technical area continuously tests and analyses products and materials to improve the performance of our Very Narrow Aisle pallet racking; it simulates, calculates and researches (with specialised software) the effectiveness of the geometries, and makes full structural calculations on the behaviour of systems already installed in different situations.

Very Narrow Aisle Vna

High throughput rates and particularly safe handling processes in the most limited space – Linde Material Handling has designed its turret trucks and vertical order pickers specifically to meet the demands of narrow aisles. This includes powerful drive and lift engines that enable the forklift to move off and lift at the same time, so that the required location in the racking is reached quickly.

At the same time, the Linde System Control regulates the lift and driving speed according to the weight of the load, optimizing performance according to the driving conditions. Optional Linde assistance systems protect against accidents and assist with rapid navigation through the warehouse. Energy recovery during braking and lowering the load saves energy costs and increases availability. Dependent upon the model and configuration, the lifting capacity can reach up to 1500 kilograms.
